Domestic Tourism Policies

We encourage you to read and agree to these terms before booking your trip. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

1. Changes & Cancellations

– Wanderlust Travelers reserves the right to cancel trips without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be provided in such cases.
– Itineraries may change due to weather, local conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative destinations may be arranged if necessary.
– Trips may be merged with other groups following the same route.
– If roads are closed due to landslides or snowfall, additional transport expenses will be the participant’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy:

48 hours or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
More than 48 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
7 days or more before departure: 25% cancellation fee.
Participants leaving mid-trip will not receive any refunds.

2. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participants must adhere to the following:
– No drugs or alcohol: We will remove anyone using, possessing, or selling drugs from the trip without a refund.
– No smoking inside vehicles.
– Respect for others: Physical/verbal abuse, misconduct, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the trip without a refund.
– Environmental care: Littering is strictly prohibited. Dispose of waste responsibly.

3. Liability & Insurance

– Wanderlust Travelers is not responsible for accidents, injuries, health issues, theft, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
– Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Participants should arrange their insurance.
– Certain activities (e.g., trekking, rafting) involve risks. Participants join at their discretion and responsibility.
– In case of road closures or natural disasters, additional costs (e.g., extra nights, alternative transport) will be borne by participants.

4. Transport & Accommodation

– Vehicles may turn off air conditioning on steep ascents to prevent overheating.
– Breakdowns: Vehicles are mechanical and may face unexpected issues. Management is not responsible for delays caused by breakdowns.
– Damage to property: Participants will be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, hotel property, or rented equipment.
– Hotel check-in/out: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early arrivals may have to wait for rooms.
– Mandatory Marriage Certificate: Couples must present a valid marriage certificate to share a room. Failure to provide proof of marriage will require them to book separate accommodations at their expense.

5. Photography & Privacy

– We may use event photos for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us, and we will blur your face.
– Personal information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

6. Booking Policy

– Full payment is required before the trip departure.
– Refund processing times for corporate/customized tours may take 7-8 working days.
– Wanderlust Travelers reserves the right to decline any booking without explanation. We will issue a full refund in such cases.

International Tourism Policies

General Terms:

Child Policy:
0 – 23 months: Infant (without bed) – 50% discount
2 – 4 years: Child (without bed) – 25% discount
5 – 11 years: Child (with bed) – 15% discount
12 years & above: Full payment applicable (Child age will be calculated as per passport.)


Airfare & Pricing
International airfare is estimated at PKR 160,000 per person.
Final airfare will be charged as per actual rates at the time of ticket issuance, which may vary.
Prices are based on USD 1 = PKR 280. Any significant currency fluctuation may affect the total cost.
Rates are subject to change until full payment is received.


Hotels & Accommodation
Hotel bookings are subject to availability.
In case of non-availability, similar category hotels will be provided with prior confirmation.
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM (or 3:00 PM at some hotels); check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Room allocation and floor preference are entirely at the hotel’s discretion at check-in.
Child and extra bed policies vary by hotel; please reconfirm before booking.


Transport & Tours
Vehicles operate on a fixed schedule. All group members must adhere to departure times to avoid delays.
The agency reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to operational reasons, flight changes, or unforeseen
circumstances.
In case of flight rescheduling or cancellation, any additional costs will be borne by the client.


Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be provided for unused services, including meals, accommodation, sightseeing, or transportation.
No refunds will be issued for missed activities due to weather conditions, technical issues, or personal delays.
Payments are non-refundable in case of flight delays, cancellations, bad weather, immigration offloading, or
denied boarding.


Visa & Immigration
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable.
A valid passport is the traveler’s responsibility.
The agency will not be liable for issues arising from expired, damaged, or rejected travel documents.
The agency is not responsible for immigration offloading, denied boarding, or entry refusal by authorities.
Any resulting expenses shall be borne by the traveler.
Travelers must carry a printed visa, airticket, show money in USD, and valid passport for immigration clearance.


Agency Responsibility
The agency is responsible only for booking hotels, transfers, and tours as mentioned in the package.
The agency is not responsible for hotel amenities, complimentary services, or immigration clearance.
Optional services such as minibar, room service, telephone calls, and personal expenses are not included and
must be paid directly by the guest.
Availability and extra charges may apply for certain services not mentioned in the package.


General
Flight schedules should be reconfirmed directly with the airline to avoid last-minute changes.
By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions stated abov

Payment Terms for Azerbaijan:
  • PKR 25,000 per person is required at the time of registration for E-Visa processing for Azerbaijan.
  • The remaining balance must be paid immediately after visa approval.
  • After the last date of booking, 100% payment is required to confirm the booking.
    Failure to clear the payment within 24 hours, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking,
    revise prices, or forfeit the advance payment.
  • Any increase in cost or loss of availability due to delayed payment will be borne by the client.
  • If the traveler already holds a valid Azerbaijan visa, PKR 10,000 per person will be deducted from the
    package price, and the full remaining balance must be paid at the time of registration to confirm the
    booking
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
  • More than 15 days before departure: 25% deduction
  • Within 15 days of departure: 50% deduction
  • Within 10 days of departure: No refund
