Booking Policy

To confirm your booking at Wanderlust Resorts, Arang Kel, please follow these steps:

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is mandatory to secure your booking. Bookings without advance payment will not be confirmed. Transfer the advance amount to the following bank account:

• After making the payment, send the transaction receipt to our WhatsApp for confirmation.

• Please read Hotel Policies before finalizing your booking to avoid any misunderstandings.

Once we receive your payment and screenshot of payment, we will reserve your stay and share the booking details with you.

General Policy

By confirming your reservation at Wanderlust Resorts Arangkel, Neelum Valley, you agree to the following hotel terms to ensure a safe and comfortable mountain stay:

  • Rates: Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Check-In / Check-Out: Check-In 2:00 PM | Check-Out 12:00 PM (Noon).
  • Identification: Valid government-issued CNIC/Passport required at check-in.
  • Marriage Policy: Marriage certificate required for couples (as per hotel policy).
  • Payment Policy: Full room rent must be paid in advance before check-in.
  • No-Show / Early Check-Out: No refund in case of no-show or early departure.
  • Damages: Guests will be charged for any damage, stains, or loss of hotel property.
  • Prohibited Activities: Drugs, alcohol, gambling, pets, and self-cooking are strictly prohibited.
  • Liability: The resort is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a peaceful stay.
  • High-Wattage Appliances: Personal heaters, irons, hair dryers, straighteners, kettles, or any high-power devices are not allowed due to limited power resources.

Utilities & Facilities (Chapter 1 & Chapter 2):

  • Electricity: Nearly 24/7 power through solar energy, battery backup, and generators.
  • Hot Water: Nearly 24/7 hot water available in all rooms except Rustic Cottage rooms (7:00 Am – 11:00 Am and 7:00 Pm – 11:00 Pm)
  • Heating: Hybrid heating is switched off from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM for safety.

By booking your stay at Wanderlust Resorts in Arangkel, Azad Kashmir, you accept these hotel rules and policies designed for your comfort in a remote mountain destination.

Children Policy

Children below 6 years stay free of charge. Breakfast will be charged separately if required.
Children aged 6 years and above will be charged Rs. 1500 per night as extra occupancy. The price includes a mattress and complimentary breakfast.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans may change. Please review our hotel cancellation policy before confirming your booking at Wanderlust Resorts Arangkel, Neelum Valley:

  • More than 3 days before check-in:
    Cancellation allowed with 90% refund. 10% service charges will be deducted. Refund will be processed within 2–3 working days.

  • Within 3 days of check-in:
    100% advance payment is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling Policy:
    Rescheduling is allowed if requested more than 3 days before check-in, subject to availability, within the same season. Any difference in room rates must be paid by the guest.
  • Natural or Uncontrollable Disruptions:
    In case of road closures, landslides, severe weather, or similar conditions preventing access to the resort, the booking will be rescheduled within the same season. In such cases, the advance payment is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days.

  • Use of the hotel’s facilities is at your own risk.

Disclaimer

Arangkel is a remote mountain village in Neelum Valley, Azad Kashmir, with limited infrastructure. While we aim to provide a comfortable hotel stay, temporary service interruptions may occur due to natural and geographical conditions.

  • Water Supply:
    Water is sourced from a distant natural spring. During extreme cold, pipelines may freeze; however, backup water tanks are available to minimize inconvenience.
  • Electricity:
    Local government electricity is low voltage and available for limited hours, therefore we do not rely on it. The resort operates mainly on a high-capacity solar power system with backup batteries and generators, ensuring near 24/7 electricity for essential needs. Short interruptions may occur due to weather or safety limitations.
  • Internet Connectivity:
    High-speed Airfiber internet by Wanderlust is available. Due to mountainous terrain and weather conditions, brief connectivity issues may occasionally occur.
